I always feel well taken care of, the products are amazing, and most importantly, the people are wonderful! Always a great time when I go to get my optical needs taken care of! PS special shout-out to Jeff for always having the most discerning attention to detail, from one stickler to another. 😄

(May 15, 2022, 8:09 am)I’ve had great experiences over the years, and never wrote a review, I’ve been going to vision world for about 20 plus years, the customer service is what keeps me coming back and the professionalism. I moved to another state and whenever I’m in the area, this is where I go for my glasses needs for myself and kids. I’ve tried other places and it does not compare, especially with the head guy, I believe his name is Jeff he is so great!

They are all GREAT, very personable, welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about their very wide variety of products that they offer, exceptionally patient as I try on 50 frames because they have such an amazing selection, and mostly they remember all of their customers. Obviously, I highly recommend them.
