I recently had a problem with my mothers medical bill that was mistakenly sent to collection. As you can imagine this caused great anxiety. Luckily I got Sophie on the phone. She was very professional and helpful in getting the problem fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Sophie!

I spoke with Katrina who is was amazing. I had eye surgery the end of 2017, unfortunately in the beginning of 2018 my husband had a stroke. Needless to say my bills were put on hold, although I had paid some of them. I was so confused with all the bills and payments I had made. When I spoke with Katrina, she went above and beyond to help me sort things out and settle my outstanding debt. She never once made me feel uncomfortable about my bills, she only helped. In my opinion, she is a very valuable employee to this company.

In January of 2019 I was taken to the ER and I was out of work for some time and was unable to keep up with my bills. Sophie from PCB was very helpful and patient. Sophie at PCB is an absolute Angel on Earth. I have had cancer multiple times as well as many surgeries. Needless to say, I have a lot of medical bills and am unable to work right now. Sophie helped me set up a payment plan that was affordable for me. There have been months where I’ve been in tears on the phone because the bills get overwhelming. Sophie is always compassionate and patient. We work together to keep me from falling behind. I wish that all of the calls I receive were as pleasant as the calls from Sophie.
