I have been a customer at Wave Wizard Laundromat for years, my parents and I have referred friends to this establishment and although there can be issues with the dryers I understand that this is a small establishment and the employees/owners are doing everything that they can to continue to run this business smoothly. In the rare event that I have had an issue with this laundromat it is NOT because of the employees it is because people will do their laundry and leave it in the machines for hours with no regards to the other customers. Also, I understand that some of the employees don't speak english BUT the language barrier is not an issue and all of the employees are extremely attentive and helpful. Reading the negative reviews breaks my heart because I have not had any instances this bad, and it seems like people are upset over uncontrollable maintenance issues which can be resolved.
