The place have a wide variety of kittens and puppies, Robert was extremely pleasant and helpful. Their prices are above average but they do offer finance.

Me and my boyfriend just adopted our baby on 6/4/23 and we are extremely satisfied with our experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We got to play/interact with multiple kittens for a bit until we decided which one we were taking home. The process was quick and they gave us a couple of starter items along with all the paperwork and information on our kitten. Definitely will recommend to anyone interested in expanding their family 🩷

I bought a golden doodle and the folks were very informative and patient (first time pet owner). The store was relatively clean as well. After coming home, unfortunately the puppy was sick and subsequently diagnosed with parvovirus and kennel cough. I called the store immediately and Roberto from the Store picked up the pup and brought it to West Hills Animal Hospital. Roberto was very quick, professional and understanding. I believe diagnosing and early treatment is paramount. The pup spent a few days at the hospital and was stabilized and improved with IV, antibiotics and rest. My local vet commented that she trusts West Hills Animal Hospital which was comforting to me. We received a call every day on the pup's status/progress. Roberto coordinated a pickup on a Sunday when it was determined that discharge was allowable and the pup was happy to be home (brought to my home with directions and antibiotics). I understand the negative comments I have read (especially years ago) but to keep things balanced (especially after Covid), puppies as with human babies are susceptible especially in a pet store environment and traveling with other animals. I guess its a risk but most importantly the pup is healthy and well behaved. We are overall very pleased with our pup. I found the responsiveness of the store to be quick and efficient. They refunded me the vet bill as well without any issue.

Came to visit some kittens and the experience was amazing! The workers are diligent and helpful which aided in the adoption process. Throughout the visit the service was superb, my phone died and they were happy to provide a charger which is a small detail but was extremely kind. The presentation of documents and how to care for my new kitten was informative and hilarious at the same time which elevated my experience even more. Thank you for a wonderful process and for my new fur baby!
