(January 17, 2023, 3:24 pm)I been coming to Dr. Kim since college for my first round of braces. I had a great experience then. Now, 10 years later, I returned to him for Invisilyn since I stopped wearing my retainers and my teeth shifted. Excellent experience with Dr. Kim the second time around. The staff is great as well and very accommodating with scheduling visits. They even send you a birthday card for your birthday. Moral of the story is to wear your retainer after your treatment and go to Dr. Kim, he is a great orthodontist!! :)

(September 24, 2022, 12:08 pm)I saw Dr. Kim for an orthodontics consultation. I was really impressed by how kind and patient he was, and the concern he showed for his patients' oral health. He explained his experience in detail, and I was impressed when he told me about a patient whose treatment he started over for free because he felt that the patient's previous treatment plan did not get results that were up to his standards.
His staff was also really professional. She answered my questions about what would happen if I had to leave the country mid-treatment in detail. Her attitude was really gentle and patient, even though I asked a lot of questions.
I didn't end up choosing Dr. Kim for my orthodontics solely because his office is located far from where I live. But if I lived closer I would definitely have chosen him to be my doctor. -

(March 31, 2022, 4:47 pm)Dr. Kim is absolutely wonderful. His easy going, yet attentive nature made my entire Invisalign journey much more comfortable. Their whole staff is excellent. The office itself is cozy and welcoming. It doesn’t feel cold and alienating like many other healthcare settings. Dr. Kim is the best orthodontist in White Plains, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to start their braces/aligner journey!
