Went to see Dr. Yao at WMC for tonsil infection. I drove 1hr to see him in a different location. I am so happy to have found him. First- He shook my hand and made direct contact. That action alone made me feel less anxious about my situation and more of feeling cared for. He listened to my complaints and i never felt rushed. He was thorough and was not afraid of physically examining my situation further (some doctors do not even make physical contact in an exam). We discussed the problem and agreed on a course of treatment. He is a wonderful doctor that I trust.
