Excellent service here, very friendly staff.

I was visiting NY and needed a local sim card for my iphone as the roaming rates from Europe were extortionate. Very helpful and friendly service from Xing who had the expertise to overcome a few technical bugs and sort me out. Would highly recommend!

I'm writing this to appreciate Brian's service. I wanted to transfer my number from T-Mobile to AT&T, and Brain was extremely helpful and got me transferred over in no time. He also patiently answered all the million questions I had along the way!

I went to the at&t store on canal street. At first I was skeptical on what to expect because I was with my phone company for a long time and was reluctant to switch but after being assisted by Matt the manager and mike the customer rep, I felt much more comfortable. They were able to explain every single detail to me which meant a lot because I ask a lot of questions. The staff that was there that day was super helpful. One of the female staff tried to help me find a phone case (I really appreciated that). Overall I was very pleased. I ended up switching over to at&t. What did it for me was the staff memebers at the store. They care, they were super patient, and they gave me a few good laughs too.

Matt and the rest of his staff were so incredibly helpful and kind in getting me set up as a new customer, alongside finding a phone that worked for my pricing and financing plan. Thank you again Matt! definitely come to this AT&T if you’re in need!
