Was looking for a silver chain. Ana was the one who was helping me out. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled out 5-6 different chains in different lengths for me to try out. She was patient in helping me find the right one.
The price at first was very high. Asked for the lowest price and went a few times back and forth to an agreeable price.
At that time, there were a few other people looking through the shop. There is not much air flow in the store, so I was sweating up a storm haha.
Saw A$AP Eva in the back and asked to take a picture and she was super friendly :)
The shop is right off the subway, so easy to get to. -

I shopped both in store and online, and received amazing customer service on all occasions - they were very transparent with their pricing and items and all around well communicated. For the cherry on top, once it was ready to go it was delivered quickly and with much care. Shout out to Kevin and everyone at the store!!! TYSM!!!! 🫶

She is the easiest to work with and she got it done quickly. I would highly recommend Popular Jewelry! Awesome service, prices, and jewelry! Thanks again!
