She has a very calming and reassuring presence which was critical for my personal situation. Her tele-visits are convenient and have a sense of intimacy that I did not think I would have felt given the nature of the type of visit. I highly recommend Dr. Basu, she has been wonderful.

She is very good at asking the right questions to make sure she knows 100% how you're feeling. This attentiveness also helps me realize things about myself I may not have noticed before. She is very knowledgeable and always has her patients' best interests in mind.
