Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym

Amazing Facility with just about every machine on the planet, lots of free weights--and more! A must visit Gym--and you'll be glad you did!

I came to visit Bev Francis's Power House on a day pass. The cost was $30, there is plenty of parking and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I immediately knew I was at home!

I was very impressed with just about everything the Gym had to offer, but what really stood out to me was the HUGE, vast selection of modern and retro machines they have. Everything works, feels smooth and there were so many options to choose from to adjust to your training needs.

The people who attend Bev Francis's Gym are very friendly, down-to-earth, kind and courteous. I noticed that there was not one--not a single-- weight plate, dumbbell, etc. that was out of place or put back incorrectly. In this day and age, try going to any Gym today and you'll see litter, misplaced weights on the rack, etc. Not here. The people who attend Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym are wonderful.

Hands down the best gym for people who love to train! Bev’s has the best equipment to level up your gains. The gym folks are friendly. I love getting there early and I never want to leave. You rarely have to wait for equipment since the place is stacked. It’s even possible to superset when it’s busy. You never have to look for motivation because it’s everywhere from the photos of the pros on the walls and the people around. There is a reason that it’s called the EC Mecca.

The best gym right after richies gym!! The environment and drive is amazing, this is a real gym I been training for 8 years now I love my focus when I come into this gym! And the gym is always clean people working out also contribute to keeping this gym neat & clean. You got parking as well! Plus the owners Steve and Bev are always making sure the gym is up to date!!

The East Coast Mecca for damn sure! We made a late night leg day part of our gymcation and what a great workout. The place is packed with classic machines, one of a kind machines, and some of the premium pieces and brands on the market. With multiple options for serious lifters for each exercise we were able to tailor our workouts to keep up the high intensity without any straining of prior injuries. We both truly wished we had a gym like this closer to home and will make sure to make Long Island a regular stop on our road trips just to return to Bev's. Thank you for hosting such an important place for bodybuilding and making it accessible to everyone that's passionate about the sport, even for those of us who cannot compete but are dedicated!
