It's a great quiet place for personal PT (if you need it) and getting the fitness job done! -

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, Steve and Dylan do a fantastic job of tailoring workout routines for my goals and pushing me to the limit. They have helped me to engage different muscle groups, stay motivated and get stronger.
I highly recommend them! -

(March 7, 2022, 11:48 am)Steve is a great trainer, very accommodating and helpful, patient and professional. The small gym is perfect for anyone looking to get a good workout in 24/7/365 and not have to deal with tons of people or wait for machines. Small, clean, and friendly. Highly recommended.
