(July 10, 2023, 8:08 pm)So far I’ve taken 3 classes and each class has taken me out of my comfort zone and made me sweat and feel super energized. The spin class is fun and the instructor Barbara is very helpful in getting you set up and the music was on point ( now I just need spin shoes). The space is very clean and everyone is friendly im definitely looking forward to my next class and I think I found a new space to workout.

The instructors, staff and members are all so great and welcoming. You will be treated like family the minute you step in the doors.
