There was a problem with their initial installation of our wall-to-wall wool carpet, but the owner sent over another team of experts and they fixed the problem perfectly. The owner expressed to me that he was a perfectionist and wouldn't be satisfied until we were pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, the quality and variety of their carpets, and their desire to please customers like us. It's rare to find a company with service this good!

They took the time to find remnants to match-up our choices. Everything was packed up to fit in our SUV and ready to go earlier than promised. Thank you Neal and the team.

Neal, Adam, and Manny made my first experience extremely pleasant. The day I ordered my carpet measurements were taken of my apt., and my carpet was installed a week later. This team goes above and beyond to ensure you’re a happy customer! I even got my left over pieces bounded and made into rugs at no cost. Thank you all for the prompt responses and professional service! -

He was courteous and knowledgeable. Installation was done on time, workers were neat and pleasant, and the finished product looks amazing. We installed Coretec flooring.
