From the outset of the repair process, I was always guaranteed that they would be doing their best to repair to as high of quality as possible. But nothing could have prepared me for the actual finished work and how impeccably done and precise they were.

I knew I was in good hands when Mike kept me inform on how things were progressing from the start. He made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Then on the pick-up day, Shane and the staff delivered a exterior-ally beautiful, clean, detailed, car.

Having to bring your vehicle in for collision work can be a stressful experience. Let me tell you that my experience was actually very pleasant. I dealt with two gentlemen, Mike and the owner Shane. I knew I was in great hands when I met them. Absolute gems. My suv was repaired quickly and exceeded my expectations. It looks perfect and was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. They also allowed me to leave the Enterprise rental car when I picked up my vehicle. A very seamless and satisfying experience. I’m very glad Geico has them as one of their collision agents in Brooklyn or I might not have ever heard of them. Believe me, if you don’t know where to bring your vehicle for collision work, bring it here and relax.

We had to replace some bits of trim on our car, and got the brush from both dealer and local repair shop as the job wasn't very big. The team at Chase got the parts we needed and installed them quickly and at a great price. They are also friends to the local animals (well, a squirrel anyhow) which is a nice plus. When i smash up our car I am coming right back here to get it back on the road.
