Honest and does great work everything you could ask for from a mechanic. Will definitely return if I need transmission work done.
Kevin has repaired two of my old vehicles at very fair prices. His work is tops and the vehicles run better than new. He has concern for his customers so they do not have to return for additional repairs. You just need to follow oil change instructions that he gives to you.
Kevin was fantastic! A few places told us what they thought the cost would be, before even looking and had us very nervous. Kevin assured us it could be a small problem and not to worry. 2004 Passat 5 speed ,was having a shimmy thru clutch pedal.Kevin owner of Closter Transmissions diagnosed problem.checked entire car, found it to be a bad axle. Kevin's knowledge is unsurpassed and labor was more than fair.Replaced bad axle,problem solved. Any drivetrain issues from now on I will go to Closter Transmissions first. J. Kunze
