Audi A4 damaged in NYC parking garage. (what a surprise!). I-9W provided a repair quote -(one of five) that was not lowest but a few $ less than "mid-quotes." (I didn't trust low bidder!). The repair they did was excellent. They estimated time required - met estimate. My wife is a fine artist/colorist ...stickler for color... and she was happy with color match on repaired parts. Says a lot. Overall, excellent job. I would recommend this company.

Brandon and Tulio (owner) were very helpful and solved my issues and corrected poor work done by a previous body shop. The price was quite fair and they communicated well throughout the whole process. My car was finished when they said it would be. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was involved in a hit and run, so I needed to get some repairs and paint done. I'm a pretty tough customer when I really care about things, like my car.

I'm giving him and his company this rating because I was impressed by his show of character. The work speaks for itself; paint job was spot-on; fitment was okay. I got into it with the details, and although MY high expectations were not *completely* met, I would take any car of mine to him and his shop (which is super clean, by the way). For this job, it was worth the 1 hour drive - for the repairs, paint, AND what I found really important: the car did not smell like a paint booth from the day I got my car back! (Sensitive to smells)
