I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle at DTR, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy.

First and foremost, Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable about my car and able to diagnose the issue quickly. Not only that, but they were able to explain the problem to me in terms that I could understand, which I really appreciated.

Once we had a plan of action, the work was completed efficiently and effectively. DTR employees kept me informed throughout the entire process, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the work that had been done.

These guys are the best. I brought my car in to get the breaks looked at thinking I'd wore them down to the caliper. I was ready to buy new rotors and pads. Kyle told me he'd check them out. After taking a look, they told me I have 30k miles left on the pads. Unbelievably honest shop. And everyone in town knows it, and them. Super friendly guys. Highest recommendation.
