Everlane

10/5 STARS TO THIS STORE! Cassandra and the team made my holiday!! I was desperate for a black high ankle glove boot in 6.5 but it was sold out everywhere online and in my local store (Boston) for the foreseeable future. I called this location since I was going to be in NYC and miraculously had ONE pair. I initially asked them if they could hold the pair, but the team went above and beyond, shipping them overnight for free AND applying an in store sale discount I would not have gotten online. One of the best retail experiences I have EVER had, give these girls a RAISE!!! Officially an Everlane stan (my sleeping bag puffer is also the best winter coat I've ever owned).

I’ve been to this location twice. And both times I was picking jeans for myself, trying them on, and was not impressed. But both times people who work there would come up to me with another pair of jeans that I was not considering, and they would fit me just perfect, as it was made specifically for me! I had problems finding jeans my entire life, I guess I’m just not standard... but people who work there know what they are doing! I guess I won’t waist time picking jeans myself anymore. Rally appreciate the service there! I wish I was better with remembering names, but honestly, each time it was amazing! Thank you!

I had a very nice in store experience yesterday.

I’m a Black woman and I’m sensitive to how I am treated in retail environments. Often people treat me differently, follow me through stores like these, or just completely ignore me.

I ran into the store to grab a shirt for a photoshoot after I’d been caught in the rain without an umbrella. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and given plenty of paper towels to dry off. My makeup (which is brown because so am I) ran through my mask from the rain and I was offered a fresh mask to replace my stained one. It may seem small to you, but honestly, if you’re Black and reading this you know that that level of human decency and consideration in a retail environment can be rare. It was nice to be treated like a person as opposed to a loss prevention liability.

Molly didn’t push or sell, she just helped me where she could from the moment I walked in the store, found the exact shirt I needed in the right size on the first try, and really made my whole day. Thanks, love!
