This Hermes store is phenomenal Aaron was an amazing associate and help in recommending an amazing bracelet for my collection. So happy to see this store in the neighborhood and the way they treat every client walking in. Aaron not only won me over but his service is now a reason I am happy to be in the Hermes clientele list. Would recommend to everyone

we’re absolutely smitten with this new shop in our hood and the staff. We have been a handful of times since the opening and have loved our experience each visit . My SA Aaron went out of the way to get me a special pair of shoes I had been wanting for months. Kelly the store director has such a warm and kind aura. She felt like an old friend we had known for years. We love the brand and she was incredibly knowledgeable and shared with us about the build of the store and lots of fun facts we loved learning about.. we look forward to our new visit.

This pop up Hermes is super fun! Nice selection of accessories, bangles and pendants, beauty products, as well as an extensive shoe selection on the second floor. Very friendly staff and probably the friendliest Hermes store I've been to. Cezar was amazing to work with. He has great energy and was very helpful with recommendations, very knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in, and assisted us with multiple pairs of shoes and jewelry. Kelly was so nice, greeted us warmly, and made sure everything went well with our visit, including making sure we had the correct pairs of shoes at check out. The inventory was great and they had items that I had not seen online so I was glad we visited the store in person. It truly felt like a luxury shopping experience. Very much looking forward to the new permanent store!

Two story pop-up location with an almost retro, space-age, tubular store design concept throughout. Excellent, welcoming service. Silks, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrances and accessories on the Ground Floor. The second Level is entirely dedicated to Men’s and Women’s shoes. Hermes is currently building a new, 8000 square foot, permanent boutique up the block at the corner of Berry and North 6th.

I Went to the store opening and I had a great experience, Nicholas was so helpful and helped me get the shoes I had been looking for for months ! Shop is also very nicely decorated.
