(May 1, 2022, 2:04 pm)I wouldn't look no more!!! This place has given me life!! I much rather take care of my body, mind and soul at the FTNSS STUDIO. The Coach "Cissa" Cecilia is an inspiration. I don't have to worry about feel ashamed at myself or people staring when I'm there. The group of females that goes there motivates me to keep going. The FTNSS STUDIO is clean and well organized. What are you waiting for to become part of this family?! Xo

(June 15, 2021, 8:11 am)My experience with Cissa at Ftness Center has been absolutely amazing! Cissa always has a positive, encouraging and upbeat attitude! She works closely with her clients to meet their health and fitness goals and provides a judgefree zone for those beginning their journey! The work outs are tough but rewarding! I can’t say enough good things about this gym and Cissa!! Must try!!
