Old school Doctor that is totally focused on the patient. His skills are more then just adjustments, I would trust him to give me medical advise in all areas as I know he would have me and my best interest always in mind. If you want to improve your QUALITY of LIFE he is your solution.

Poor form lifting weights did my shoulder in and I was tired of being sent for PT, the benefits of which were short lived. I started seeing Dr. Russo when I could no longer move my right arm without pain. He rehabbed my shoulder, addressed other issues that were arising from rigorous workouts, taught me how to properly stretch before and after a workout AND gave my trainer guidance for my sessions to ensure I progressed without continuous injury. I can now confidently hit a workout hard and properly recover with confidence thanks to the stretching routines Dr. Russo provides. I highly recommend his services!

Dr. Russo has helped me numerous times with injures, rehab work & maintenance. He does not ever fail to impress. I originally met him when I was unable to bend my knee due to pain, after one treatment I was back to moving & the rest is history.

I would recommend Dr. Russo to anyone with any injuries, restrictions or just trying to move better. His knowledge is very advanced and understands telling someone to NOT workout is not always the best answer. No matter what your current activity level or how advanced of an athlete you may be Dr. Russo will make you better.

Dr. Russo is a great chiropractor, he listens to my concerns and tells me what I can do to feel better in between adjustments. Dr Russo is the most kind and compassionate Doctor I have ever met. He is so passionate about helping people (a rarity these days) He takes the time to know you and how your body functions. I was mess when I first went to him, I had years of abuse on my back and knees and although its a work in progress he has helped me tremendously.
