CrossFit Nine7

Gave this gym a shot after a very long hiatus due to the pandemic and glad I did. Great gym for newcomers to CrossFit for every experience level. Very knowledgeable coaching staff who stress proper technique to avoid injury.

I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit97 gym. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the training they provide.

The classes are challenging but fun, and the coaches are always there to provide guidance and support. But what really sets CrossFit97 apart is the sense of community. Everyone who trains here is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely interested in helping each other succeed.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 4 months and absolutely love it. In addition to CrossFit classes, they offer Barbell Club (Olympic weightlifting), Pump (body building) and boot camp classes. I’ve been doing Barbell Club and have seen significant increases in my strength through the coaches help and smart programming. It’s a very friendly environment with great, encouraging coaches and perfect for both beginner and advanced lifters alike. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get stronger, fitter and have fun!

I first started with Joe and his team at CrossFit Nine7 in 2013. Completely changed the way I work out and I haven’t looked back. I owe all my fitness achievements and abilities to Joe. Would highly recommend the gym and the community it cultivates.
