I set an appointment without issues and was even offered valet service (which I declined). A loaner vehicle was provided and service completed under warranty. Extremely polite and friendly staff, Dan notified me every step of the way on findings and changes.
They even cleaned the car, amazing and great experience thanks to Dan and the team at Stamford! -

He helped me get the GV80 I was looking for, made it a quick process, showed me things I didn't even know the vehicle did and I did research before buying. I drove from NY and will happily do the drive again in traffic just to enjoy the great customer service and all around service , the finance manager answered all my questions and got the paperwork done quicker than I had in any dealership I've dealt with in the past. I would recommend anyone looking for a Genesis to go see Trevor.

(January 10, 2023, 1:43 am)I had a service experience today with my 2021 G70 which vastly differs from what another customer wrote two weeks ago. First of all, I did not pay anything for the valet service and I live in Westchester, not CT. In fact I paid nothing at all. The service department picked up the phone on the second ring when I called to schedule unlike New Rochelle Hyundai which never answers and has stopped servicing Genesis abruptly. Trying to get through to them was always a problem. My car was serviced perfectly, man was on time to pick up my car, I needed new wiper blades and was not charged for them. They changed oil and filter, checked my brakes and topped off all fluids. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Even gave me a special Genesis number for the future to call or text. They washed the car before returning it and left me a brand new Genesis as a loaner that I didn’t even ask for. My car had been washed and gas tank filled up! Wish I had bought my car there. Even called me the next day! They are EXCELLENT! Very satisfied customer, thank you.
