(March 1, 2023, 5:26 pm)The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was not extremely hospitable: they just sat behind the desk.
Wifi is really quite good. I had to make some zoom calls and that was not an issue at all.
One issue: The website states that there is a continental breakfast served daily. Yet booking sites state that they don't. And there is a big notice that the city of NY has prohibited them from serving breakfast. I found it a very sad state of affairs, other hotels do offer breakfast... -

(December 28, 2022, 9:57 am)I expected more from a 3 Star Hotel. The room didn’t feel so clean. There have been leftovers from other guests. (A little bit of trash) Also it was not clean behind the bathroom door. The staff is super nice, this is why i didn’t give 4 Stars.
PS: we got a discount by paying with cash, consider asking.
