IRAPILATES

Irina is a great instructor with a ton of patience for new members! I've never done Pilates before, but I can feel myself getting stronger — it's solidly in my routine now. If you're thinking about trying it out, do it! It's hard work but clean facilities, newbie-friendly, and a supportive atmosphere. I only wish there were even more times/days available!

When I came to my first class at IRAPILATES, I was so clumsy that it was hard for me to even lift my leg to put on a sock. But Ira quickly focused on what my body really is and what it needs. It was difficult for me, but Ira praised and encouraged me and it helped me a lot to tune in to all the exercises. Ira rejoices at my success and it really cheers me up and stimulates me to achieve new and better results. Plus, there is a kind, calm, gentle way about the studio. I love this place and teacher.

Ira is a phenomenal instructor. Her studio is very clean and equipment is great. I love the colors. It’s just makes you feel good about what you doing and how you look. I highly recommend IRAPILATES. Most importantly, you get the results. My aches and pains are gone and my muscles are way more toned.

Love this place! The instructors are friendly and they pay careful attention to everyone and the are incredibly patient. Ira offers a wide range of options during different times so everyone can flow at their own level. The hour flew by. Group classes are not boring, each class is something new.

But what really stood out was the individualized attention I received during the session. I felt challenged but also supported throughout the class, and I left feeling energized and refreshed.
I highly recommend IRAPILATES to anyone looking for a high-quality workout in a clean, professional environment. The individualized attention and personalized approach made all the difference, and I can't wait to go back for more sessions!
