Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale, NY

My son joined kiddie academy when we moved to our new home and during the covid period. The director as well as the staff are really good and very quick in responding to your queries. I had considered 2 other schools near our home, even though other 2 I had visited in person and kiddie academy I had zoom tour because of covid restrictions. I decided to go with this school for my son. He has enjoyed his time in this school even though it was just around 10 months. He used to go to school near our previous home past 2 years before covid and he never loved that school as much he loves kiddie academy. When we ask him to compare both schools, he would always choose kiddie.
He has good teachers and he never complained about anything during his entire time there. I would highly recommend to everyone who are looking for safe and loving enviromnet for their little ones. Thank you Kiddie Academy.

Kiddie Academy of Farmingdale holds a special place in my heart! As a first time parent, I was very anxious about returning to work and putting my 4 month old into day care so young. The staff quickly took those concerns away. Not only did I feel a great sense of peace knowing my child was safe and being looked after, but I also felt encouraged by the fact the staff carefully builds out a curriculum and activities to keep the little ones engaged and learning. I didn't realize that existed for infants.

I highly recommend! The girls are so loving, the facility is very clean, security is wonderful, emergency protocols are practiced with ALL the children. They're amazing!

We moved our three children here from another daycare facility, and could not be more pleased. They are learning so much, the directors and teachers are so professional and involved.... They offer well balanced meals with fruits and vegetables, regular indoor and outdoor playtime. I can't say enough.

So many good things to say. I've had my child here since Jan 2015. She was 1 1/2 at the time. She has since grown by leaps and bounds. I love to hear the new songs and stories she comes home with. The teachers have been wonderful. They truly love and care for these kids. My daughter runs to hug her teachers. And the staff is great. The director Jackie is very accessible and always willing to work with you. Their doors are always open and they want the interaction with the parents.
This location is now NAYEC accredited, which is well deserved. I didn't want a home day care. I wanted a curriculum based school that would teach her and would never let her get bored. This facility is safe and clean. The daily reports are wonderful. And pictures throughout the day are so nice too see. There is so much more than just a school that you have access too. You have Kindermusic that shares the music they learn in school that combines math or science or spelling, etc... And the Parenting Essential monthly blog email with great tips, advice and other information. Both are great tools to help you continue your child's education outside of school. And the monthly newsletter keeps you up to speed with events and goings on at the school.
You definitely get your moneys worth here!

In addition to being a place that offers a safe and fun place for my son to spend his day the educational component of the experience he is having is priceless. I love seeing the different lessons he is completing through the Tadpoles app and it is a great feeling to hear him excitedly tell me about it at home at the end of the day. He has always loved reading, counting, crafts and music and I know that is being encouraged and nurtured at KA Farmingdale!
