Very professional and courteous staff. Dr Colleta explained everything to me and made sure I understood and asked if I had any questions this made me feel valued.
I have been seeing Dr Frank Coletta for 10 or 11 years now. He is extremely kind, but more importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable. Always up to date on the latest technology and medical developments. And I can say also that the other doctors in this practice are equally as good, having had to be treated in the hospital due to an emergency and they were on call there at the time. The offices are consistently neat and clean, and they are very much COVID-compliant.
And let's not forget the office staff! Their staff is always helpful as well as professional; from intake, to scheduling, to billing... they are always a pleasure.
I have so far referred 2 friends to him and/ or the practice and they've been very glad to be treating there. As am I. No better care anywhere.
Today was my first visit to Long Island Pulmonary and Sleep. The office was a busy office, and I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, but it was worth the wait. I met with Dr. Coletta and I explained my concerns and why I was there. After answering the questions Dr. Coletta had, he had an immediate plan of action to get me on the road to recovery. Dr. Coletta possesses a congenial personality, which made me feel at ease. I will follow up with him in a few weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Coletta and his staff for your health needs.
