(May 12, 2022, 12:02 pm)Maxability is a great CrossFit gym! The space is huge and there are plenty of classes/workouts to choose from.
Even more important, the coaches are experienced, knowledgeable and engaged. All of the coaches, including Owner/Coach Tim, go out of their way to work with you at your level and offer great tips to improve form, overall performance or whatever it is you are looking to improve. When I front squat, I will think of Tim :)
The community there is strong. Great overall vibe. -

(July 30, 2021, 6:43 pm)Best Box in Northern NJ. The owner and the coaches are so dedicated and professional. The facilities is huge and has separate training rooms. There is a nice showers if you are planning to go to work after training. The equipment looks like new. If you are an early bird you can find classes as early as 5:30 in the morning or as late as 7 pm. Everyone coming to this box are so friendly and supportive. So blessed to have this Box next to my home.
