Nurturing Life Acupuncture & Wellness

I’ve been seeing Bill for about 3 months now. I have a chronic knee pain for over 3 years. I was diagnosed with Chondromalacia patella syndrome or runner’s knee. Since then, I’ve been given injections including PRP & Visco supplementation every 6 months. However, they no longer work well for me and I was in a lot of pain since early this year. Even walking was a challenge. I was in a dark for while. I went to see a well-known orthopedist surgeon in the city but he said he couldn’t help. Desperate as I was, I decided to try acupuncture. I went to several highly regarded places in Jersey City but none seems to beat this one. Bill is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. For the first time since early Jan when I was in a lot of pain, my pain level is now close to zero. PT and weekly acupuncture visits work well for me. I was able to do the active things I enjoyed doing in the past. I feel like I have my life back in a way. Very grateful to find this place and work with Bill.

I’ve been going to Nurturing Life since 2019 after back injury playing sports. I could barely get out of bed, let alone walk. Bill got me back to health pretty quickly and has been helping ever since. More recently, while training for a half marathon, a surprising injury appeared 1 week before the race that hampered my ability to run. I visited Bill a few times leading up to the race and took his self treatment advice. While I didn’t run close to my best because of the injury, I was able to run and finish the race without stopping because of Bill’s help.

so glad I walked by and was able to make an appointment. had major mid back problems from Olympic lifting and I was no longer able to work out or do anything normal. Bill is an extremely smart caring professional who listens and just knows how to solve the issue. After just one session with Bill I was feeling close to perfect it’s something I can’t quite explain but you have to experience this expert knowledge if this magical practice for yourself!

Can't recommend Bill at Nurturing Life enough! This was my first time trying acupuncture and my sessions have done wonders to treat TMJ and shoulder tension. Bill asks the right questions, listens to you and your body, and produces amazing results in a calm and caring environment.

I came to the Nurturing Life because of neck and back pain and related to it headaches and acupuncture is definitely such a release 😀. I also received lots of direction from Bill on keeping myself away from pain from the root cause like taking Magnesium and using some computer application reminder on sitting straight and taking a break and lots of others 🙂! After session it’s very relaxing and happy feeling and I feel my blood is flowing through my neck to my head and releases me from heavy thoughts(oh now I see it’s not thoughts … it’s just tight muscles torturing me 😀). I like the atmosphere and no rush attitude, very personal and also I was asked lots of questions about my health and I understood acupuncture can solve much more than only muscle pain, it can improve digestive function, improve sense of well-being and much more but for me it will be a next step! Will keep going.
