RTT | Hypnotherapy with Leah Crescenzo

My session with Leah was life changing. I’ve spent many years feeling fear every time I think of being in front of an audience or “putting myself out there.” Even speaking in public or in meetings terrified me. After one session with Leah, I’m speaking up in meetings at work and even starting my own YouTube channel. I don’t even feel fearful when I think about it. She is truly a positive bright light. She's been encouraging and uplifting. She took me back to a memory of when I was 9 years old and though I remember the event, I had no idea that it was affecting my life the way that it has. I barely even think about it, but I’m over it and moving on with my life - all thanks to Leah and RTT.

Leah is incredibly talented, kind, and supportive. I have had three hypnotherapy sessions and attended a group program with Leah. Each session had a profound healing effect that I have not achieved with any other modality. She has a gift of holding a very safe container as well as the ability to adjust based on what is showing up for the client in the moment. A couple of my sessions had very intense memories for which Leah just knew how to guide me through it. After some processing and integration time, I have achieved a feeling of being less judgmental or critical, as well, a freer feeling that is hard to describe. In summary a weight has been lifted and life is a lot more enjoyable! If you are looking for a deeper dive in self reflection, I cannot recommend Leah enough!

I found Leah Crescenzo while searching online for a Hypnotherapist for my husband’s anxiety. After the discovery call with her, I quickly learned it was I who needed RTT! I booked my in-person session for Valentine’s Day and it was INCREDIBLE! I felt so much release, a huge weight was lifted off me and I felt amazing! After a while I noticed that I could use a little more help with a specific relationship, so in May, Leah set up a virtual heart-opening session for me, and WOW! Another huge weight lifted off of me. I felt like I was excavating myself from layers of painful experiences that have been holding me back for years and I felt so light and free afterwards! Leah also said she knew some reiki and I could feel her pulling all of the toxic “stuff” away from my being during the session. She is so good at what she does! Since then, I have felt more positive, had less anxiety, and I have been able to be more present. My relationship with my family has been less strained and I am able to enjoy the little moments more fully. Overall, I’m experiencing less stress and more joy! Listening to the recordings have helped to free my energy up so that I can finally begin to make progress towards my goals. While I have not arrived at my goals yet, I can see that the wheels are finally in motion and I no longer feel so stuck. I highly recommend working with Leah in any capacity!

I think everyone should be in therapy, but I was a little hesitant about Hypnotherapy and it took me a while to commit to signing up. However, I kept hearing great things about Leah so I finally signed up and I could not be happier about how it went. Leah was great about easing my concerns. She is the type of therapist I've always dreamed about- someone that was amazing at listening and letting you come to your own conclusions, but also didn't let you get away with not coming to your own conclusions about how you actually feel. The hypnotherapy was great as Leah gently guided me through it and I was able to come to terms with so many things I've struggled with for my entire life. I could continue to keep writing, but the basic premise is I could not recommend Leah higher- she's truly amazing!

At first, I was unsure how effectively I'd respond to something like hypnotherapy, even though I was intrigued. I was introduced to Leah during a retreat, and in only a 45-minute session, I had had a phenomenal experience. I knew I wanted to do more with her. Working with Leah in her 30-day coaching program was transformational. She created such a safe, nonjudgmental space. For me, hypnotherapy became a "targeted therapy", where I immediately remembered past events that were still feeding current behaviors. With Leah's guidance, I found resolutions and the ability to rewrite scripts I've now incorporated in order to help me better reach a few life goals. Hypnotherapy is such a personal journey, but I'm always telling others Leah, because she is amazing!
