(April 5, 2018, 7:40 am)I love Yin Yoga--I am a yoga teacher and have learned and teach all kinds of yoga, but just recently took yin yoga at Ocean Bliss Yoga Studio--you hold the poses for longer than usual and get this tremendous healing both physically and emotionally. The studio is peaceful with a beautiful view of the bay and the sky--then the class ends with a final relaxation and you then realize why its called "Ocean Bliss".
