In our case, we bought the deck floor and railings ourselves which isn't too much trouble. There was no problem with the inspection whatsoever. Will definitely get back to them for future projects.

We are first time homebuyers who have had to do extensive work on our home and taking on a kitchen Reno was quite scary. After a couple consultations with multiple contractors we chose Roy. He worked within our budget and was able to customize my vision for my kitchen. The best part is that he only takes on one project at a time, so your home is his priority. His team started on time and worked from 8-4 daily and maximized every moment of their time into my home renovation. The project ended a week ahead of schedule. Also, he did some exterior work on our home on windows that were leaking. I have my dream kitchen thanks to Roy and his team. See you soon for our bathroom!
