They came to measure everything (especially our uneven floor, which is a common problem in New York.) The whole thing was made just in a few weeks, and it's way faster than any other vendors we talked to. Their team came to us and assembled the whole thing; they even had to fix a peace of our wall so everything fits perfectly. It's a European quality with American customization. So rare in New York.
