Absolutely wonderful shop. This past weekend I found myself with a broken chain during a ride on the Henry Hudson Parkway. I took a Lyft to their shop with my broken bike in tow. The shop was very busy with customers in and out of the shop. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, understanding, and extremely efficient. They sold me a replacement chain at a fair price(!), put it on with adjustments for a fair price, and did it all quickly so I could get back on with my bike ride. With their demand they could be pretentious, rude, and mark up prices sky high. Instead they run a great shop with wonderful people and fair prices. Highly recommend.

Nelson and Joanna went above and beyond for me. I purchased a 2023 specialized sl7 tarmac S works. They treated me like family not just a customer. The whole staff there is great. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Kudos to all of them for getting me back on the road!

Purchased my bike online and realized a few hours later the bike didn’t have the crank I thought it did. I emailed them, and got an almost instant response saying they’d build it with crank I wanted. Bike shipped following day and arrived across the country to me in perfect shape. Super happy with my bike and the great customer service. They could have easily said the spec called for one crank and shipped it as such. Especially since I’m on the west coast. They could have said it was my problem to deal with once bike arrived, but they didn’t. Super impressed when someone goes an extra step to make a happy customer when there is a possibility you may never hear from them again. I’ll definitely look to their site for future bike purchases

Strictly Bicycles in Fort Lee NJ is the best bicycle shop in America in terms of acquiring bike frames (specialty & non specialty), fully built bikes, components, repairs, service, and parts.
