I also had a paintless dent removal on the hood that was phenomenal! Rick, the owner, promised our car to be done at a certain time frame and it was. I was totally satisfied with TAP Collision and highly recommend them.

(September 8, 2021, 5:39 pm)Tap Collision was awesome! The owner Rick and his team are great! My car had damage on the rear door along the passenger’s side along with other scrapes and dings. Rick and his team stayed in touch with me from the moment I dropped my car off for repairs until it was time to pick it up. Jenna was always polite and helpful when I called for updates on my vehicle. My car looks brand new and I’m so happy with the outcome. All of the scrapes and dings are gone. You can’t even tell I had any damage. If you have any vehicle damage do not hesitate and go to Tap Collision! Great customer service and great work! Thank you Rick, Jenna and Frank!

He helped in every possible way and went above and beyond anything I expected. He is a gem. Rick is courteous, professional, on the ball.
