The Merkaba Method

We brought my 12 year old son to meet Dale in the winter and right away we knew this was the right place for him. We signed him up for several sessions after our initial meeting and we saw great results. My son looked forward to his time with Dale every week. We will be signing up for more sessions in the fall.

In less than 2 months Dale at the Merkaba Method has taught me how to me regain strength and balance while alleviating my chronic pain in various joints. I’ve felt huge differences just by learning how to use proper form while doing everyday activities. He always keeps my conditions in mind as he tailors exercises just for me and quickly adjusts a routine if I feel any discomfort. Dale’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition coupled with his upbeat and very supportive demeanor makes it easy to stay motivated and finally have the knowledge and confidence to safely lift weights.

My experience with Dale has been life changing. He never fails to inspire you to achieve more than you can imagine. After spending just a few sessions with him, I immediately felt stronger, not only physically, but mentally. Even when I feel like I can’t push through an exercise, Dale easily finds a way to make me believe in myself and strive to succeed my limits. I couldn’t thank him enough for the significant impact he has had on my daily life. You are truly one of a kind Dale!

It has been only 3 short months and I am very happy with the results of my coaching from Dale at the Merkaba Method. I am extremely impressed with the vast difference in my ability to get up and down from off the ground, the overall improvement in my strength and flexibility.
