The Window People

We moved into a new home and all of the windows were from the original home. We decided to change out all of our old windows and The Window People were incredibly helpful in guiding us towards the right window selection, and making sure we were satisfied with the installation. Home and repair is usually such a headache, but Ted and his whole team are EXCEPTIONAL. They were responsive, communicative, and professional. I would not hesitate to work with them again, and to recommend them to friends and family.

The new exterior double doors were installed yesterday. I love the doors. Trevor and Michael were a terrific team and worked well together. They arrived on time; were organized: protected all surfaces during the installation and cleaned up along the way. They worked efficiently; didn't seem to take breaks and had only a brief lunch. All during the process they made sure that I was happy with what they did. The whole process from selecting the doors though installation was seamless.

Trevor and Mike from The Window People were absolutely fantastic. I've truly never dealt with people who put so much care into their work. They were perfectionists, to say the least. We could not be happier with our new windows and door. I was also very impressed with the effort taken to clean everything before they left. They even swept the driveway! Not one fleck of sawdust was left behind. And not only are they excellent at their craft, they were the nicest guys. Forget those other window companies that will GOUGE you on the price... go with this family-owned local business! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I am very pleased with The Window People. The whole process was great - from the initial consultation through the final installation. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and I was presented with good options for new doors, all of which needed custom sizes.

Trevor and Mike, who installed the doors, did an amazing job. I have a 100+ year old house and they rolled with the quirks, including a porch that is not level. They (thankfully) re-measured before taking apart my doors, and found that the new doors weren't quite right, through a minor mistake. The company immediately rushed the correct doors, and Trevor and Mike took the time and interest in doing a beautiful job. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and even did a great cleanup at the end!

I absolutely will contact The Window People again in the future.

Had all original windows and sliding glass doors and picture windows replaced by this local Stamford co. Their bid was more than competition and their reviews were excellent. This exemplary reputation for customer service was the primary reason I chose them. Their estimated arrival time was accurate and the team of Nick and Max installed in the middle of major snowstorm this Feb—also the absolute coldest week of the season. Max and Nick were the absolute “dream team” under the harshest
possible conditions. They were so respectful of my property and careful to be as minimally invasive of my space during an intensely invasive remodel job. BEST EVER! And they were just here to do minor adjustments as I finally am opening some of these sliders for the first time. David and Ted were also amazing to work with! USE THIS LOCAL COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!! And I am loving my Provia double pane windows and doors!
