We loved the staff and how they all truly loved working at Toyota City. This establishment does pride themselves in being family owned, authentic, and doing business with integrity.
Juan (sales rep), Ray (supervisor), and Sebastian (finance manager) were amazing at helping us get a vehicle despite our circumstances. They never judge us, or made us feel less than. Lastly, Joe, our set-up wizard extraordinaire was passionate, patient and knowledgable on explaining all the details and functions for our 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid. Joe is so dedicated at what he does, he forgot when it was time for him to go home! Thank you Toyota City, we are happy with our purchase and can’t wait to get our next vehicle with you. -

George was our salesman and made us feel informed throughout the whole process. The manager Nick made us feel like family and was very clear about prices and models. Joe showed us all the features in the car and how to use them once the car arrived and was very informative and kind. Would definitely recommend going there and will be back in the future.

(March 13, 2023, 9:45 am)I bought my first new car here today. The salesman Skyler was great. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of the questions I had with patience.
The manager Nick came all the way across the lot to introduce himself, and let me know I can come see him if I had any concerns.
Sebastian, in the finance department, laid out all of my options and helped me decide what would work best for me.
Joe, the delivery coordinator, took his time to help me get my phone connected to the truck and explained what all the buttons and safety features are.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will be returning to purchase my next new car from Toyota city.
