I began working w Adrienne after a long bout of chronic illness, fatigue & pain. Traditional medicine & other treatments did little if anything at all to improve my condition, which was further complicated by EBV & COVID infections. Adrienne had her hands full with me. Oh & add menopause onto that list of ailments.

I can honestly say CST is the only thing that has really helped get me out of fight or flight, calm my nervous system & really put me on a healing path. Adrienne always has amazing tips to share each session…on meditations or techniques, always helpful information to try.

I didn’t know what to expect going into my first CranioSacral session, but I remember walking out feeling light and very well-rested. A weight was lifted! My session with Adrienne started with a consultation. She was attentive, easy to talk to and I felt comfortable sharing with her, my challenges with unexplained infertility. The Myofascial treatment helped me to release tension that I didn’t know I was carrying. It was a great experience and I left Adrienne’s treatment room feeling less stressed and energized.
