Ive been seeing Dr Ray since 2007. Hes helped me feel physically stronger and healthier since ive been going. Ive had a dew car accident and work related injuries. Hes the best. Caring and gentle. The bounes is his office manger Kathy she knows how to help you with paperwork for no faults and worker’s compensation injuries.
Dr. Jaghab is someone who really cares about how I felt and how much pain I was in after my automobile accident. He and his staff really cared about treating my injuries. He made sure all medical procedures, medications and test were done accurately and timely. He did not allow me to linger with pain, which made a huge difference in my recovery. His office made sure my No-fault was filed, all my bills, lost wage reimbursement and millage reimbursement paid. Most importantly, he followed up with me repeatedly to make sure I was okay and that the treatment was tolerated well. He and his staff helped to arrange, MRI and Orthopedic appointments with follow-up care. I have not had a doctor that attentive to my needs with thoughtfulness before. This is truly personal care which is not often seen in doctors offices today. Dr. Jaghab is truly wonderful and I cant' recommend him enough. I have seen many doctors for my extremely painful Neck, Back and Shoulder condition. I was given expert medical options which consisted of successful surgery for my Shoulder. I got the relief I was looking for from all my pain and happy to be living pain free once again. Thank you Dr. Jaghab and staff of West Hempstead Neck & Spinal. You guys Rock.
