(March 20, 2016, 7:55 am)Love it love it love it. Totally kick A**. mr Wilson is so well versed in movement modality, making goals and maintainence are realistic and can be accomplished. I spent years working out - doing all sorts of approaches. mr Wilson hits them on the nail head and know exactly what I a talking about. He's a great motivator. My kids take his classes as well. Get ready to be in the best shape - for the rest of your life. Oh yeah, stay off the cookies n cakes help!
