Wilfred came to my home and took care of my car on the same day we spoke. He was courteous and very professional. He explained everything upfront and then showed me what he did when he finished. Honestly, it’s like the chip was never there!!! I would highly recommend him!!

So CroMatch took the trip to visit me to work on my vehicle. Not only did he make my car look like it just came out of the dealership, but he took the time to be very detailed, and dedicated to work.

My car had all types of bugs attached to the bumpers, and windows and my interior was very filthy to the point where I thought I would need to throw away the interior mats, but CroMatch took care of it all.

Wilfred provided paint repair and polish services on a brand new vehicle that had some paint defects from transport and sitting at the dealer lot. The defects include paint chips and scratches. In addition, there was marring on the paint protection film and I wasn’t sure if the film needed to be replaced or if it can be fixed. Not an ideal situation when purchasing a brand new vehicle, but I was referred to Cromatch and scheduled the date.

Prior to our appointment, Wilfred provided excellent communication via phone and educated me on his process.

Day of the appointment, Wilfred let me know what time to expect his arrival to my home and was punctual. During the walk around of the vehicle, he marked the areas to be repaired/corrected and explained the process for each section.

Wilfred’s expertise resulted in fixing all of the issues. The paint touch up of the chips is the toughest part and his care resulted in a repair that is level in finish and virtually undetectable. The alternative was to have a body shop respray and blend the side of the vehicle so the touch up is the least intrusive option by far. Nobody wants a brand new vehicle to head into a body shop for any kind of paintwork, not to mention the time at the shop and potential for mismatched results.

All in all, I highly recommend Cromatch and Wilfred. I love cars, and to meet Wilfred who shares the same passion for them and puts that passion into his trade resulted in a highly satisfied customer.

Wilfred is a magician. My 12 headlights look showroom new. All stone chips and scratches are gone. The price was very reasonable. Wilfred was on time, personable and a pleasure to work with. I have 2 other cars that I’m also going to have Wilfred work on.
