(June 27, 2023, 3:19 am)Our new manager Julie is a ray of sunshine, and the staff is top notch! They’re always going out of their way to make our experience there a better one. If you haven’t seen the new equipment they just got in yet it’s a must see!

(June 8, 2023, 5:35 pm)The staff is friendly. I wish the weight room was bigger its always packed and sometimes you cant use the weights with so many people. Also make if you come here and you are using the lockers make sure you bring a strong lock as mines got broken into.

(March 1, 2023, 9:12 pm)Amazing staff, Julie and Kevin are absolutely EXCELLENT. The machines are plentiful and in fabulous condition. The cleanliness of the gym and machines are immaculate. I actually enjoy going to the gym because the staff are so kind, they make you feel like family. I have never been so impressed with a gym. Whoever said it was “shady” is 100% wrong and is biased..she’s blaming the area? It’s downtown Stamford, it’s wonderful.

(January 11, 2023, 8:55 am)From the first moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and helpful service from all of the staff, Julie stood out for her exceptional management skills. She is always available to help with any questions or concerns, and she makes sure the gym always runs smoothly.
The equipment was in great condition and the gym is always clean and well-maintained. I loved the variety of machines offered. I also appreciate the relaxed and non-intimidating atmosphere of the gym, which makes working out a truly enjoyable experience.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Planet Fitness and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym in the area. Special shoutout to Julie and her great staff who make my experience truly enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
