PPR Blueprinting is printing with a soul. I needed to print something for a memorial service and Glenn was so sensitive, professional and reliable. PPR just gained a new customer!

I was referred to this printing service from a contractor. Assumed they were good on deliverance because the contractor who referred me is one of the top contractors in Westchester. Great quality on prints but service is horrible. They say to email the prints and they will have it ready, every time I have emailed my prints they were never ready, which caused an issue since I myself am a contractor- I had to wait almost half hour to get my prints. Then when I emailed them and followed the email with a phone call they will state they are extremely busy, couldn't take my call, asked that I call back and when I said I am just informing you I am heading to pick up, they will answer that it will be a while until I get my prints. I understand that they are busy but if Staples does the same work, cheaper and great quality why cant they? Never again- moving on to Staples- you just lost a customer and referrals. One suggestion coming from a business man who deals with many customers- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRIORITY!

PPR has been my printing resource since I started my business back in 2000. I use them for printing and scanning large-format drawings, specification books, and marketing brochures. I also utilize their services for my project site signs and for other specialized printing needs. Great service and a large array of available services (such as FTP file transfers, delivery options, shipping of drawings to Owners/municipalities, etc.) I would think of using no other company!

Our architecture firm has been using them since 2006, mostly printing large format black and white (blueprints) of construction drawings as well as large format full glossy color prints which they mount on boards for our presentations. These guys are real pro.s: fast, reliable and thorough, not to mention that they make our small firm look great!
