I’ve personally trained with the owner and head coach, Natalie for years previously and i can confirm that she is 1 of 1. Her dynamic and thoughtfulness approach is leaps and bounds above the rest. I’ve also worked with her hands on in other fitness franchises and her attention to detail, professionalism and candor is what makes her the best in the business. Trust is a big thing for me and she is a leader when it comes to serving her clients, community and the people she is so blessed to be around.

Highly recommend to any age, fitness level and anybody looking for a hands-on, judgment free space in uptown BX!
