SUWON GALBI (수원 갈비)

Satisfy your craving, uses charcoal grill for marinated and galbi which is far better than the pan. Service is great!! And the meat tasted high quality.

Great service, LOTS of ban Chan, my favorite was the beef tartar bibimbap and the Galbi.

1st time trying this place out. Recommended by my friend. Tried port barbecue and JeonGol which were awesome and delicious. Side dishes were well prepared and presented. The waiters and waitresses were very responsive and checking on us with big smiles. The atmosphere of restaurant were very bright with traditional Korean theme for barbeque place. They have other traditional korean dishes besides barbeque and will definitely go back to try those in the near future.

The rumors were true, the pork ribs (돼지갈비) definitely worth coming here for (best I've had at a restaurant in recent memory, as good as the home made ones I'm fond of).

Had the best Korean BBQ last night with family. We saw this new restaurant opened up in my neighborhood and decided to give it a try. There was a line out the door, but it moved fairly quickly and we were seated after 15-20min wait. The hostess and the waitress was nice and attentive. The price was surprisingly affordable given the usual Korean BBQ prices in other restaurants in Flushing. We were able to park on Northern Blvd for free cause it was after meter hours. Food was very good! I overheard that the owner of the restaurant was the previous owner of Mapo Galbi and she brought some of her staff to cook the ban chans (side dishes) which are as authentic Korean as it gets. The Bibim Naeng Myun is sooo good I wish I ordered more. Just the right amount of heat and sweetness, noodle was perfect consistency and it paired so well with the meat. Speaking of which, the meats are grilled to perfection by the waitress and she puts it on foil for you so it stays warm without burning. They don’t turn off the fire like some other places do, which irks me, making my meat cold. Very attentive service and our waitress made sure to refill our side dishes which I appreciated! Overall I highly recommend this place!
