Had my first visit here today and certainly won't be my last. Shout outs to Sandra at front desk who took my phone call to the office and checked me in, very professional and kind. Jessica took my blood which was 100% painless. Shane, the PA was friendly, professional and completely answered all questions. Finally, Flavia, who helped with the check out and assisted me with paperwork and ensured that everything was complete. This place is a gem in Merrick. Wish I knew about it sooner. This is a friendly and competent office. I was called into my appointment within minutes of arriving. Dr. Haltrecht was thorough and attentive. I like that they take blood right in the office. I was thrilled that the phlebotomist got blood from me so easily. It’s usually a struggle. I got the results very promptly. Earlier than expected. I will continue to use this office for my primary care.
