Mike came through when we were unable to find an aid for my mother. The aid he sent is so compassionate. She learned phrases in our language to communicate better with mom. Makes exercise a game and has my mom laughing. She has dementia and the aid is gentle with her even when I lose my patience. When a fill in was needed Mike came was able to send another that was just as gentle and compassionate. Mike works really hard to fill the needs of people like my mom. Mike is so easy to talk to and he himself has got to be one of the most pleasant people to speak with. He is knowledgeable and he listens. His service is fantastic and greatly appreciated.
