The highlight of my week is spending time in the Hit factory. The atmosphere of this spot is incredible. Trainers and members are just absolutely amazing. They have phenomenal classes for kids & adults. Just HIT it and see for yourself!

I attended this gym before the pandemic and used to take my 14 year old son with me, I started to see changes in my body in just a couple of months, I loved the energy and intense exercise, I used to go home feeling amazing. I stopped going due to covid and after they open again I couldn’t join due to work schedule so I had to stick to home workouts but my son asked me to enroll him again, he has been going for almost a year now and he loves taking classes with Vince, Mike, and Tommy. He has lost a lot of weight and is super motivated, he has learned to love fitness and it has become part of his lifestyle. HitFactory has become his favorite place in Brooklyn. If your schedule fits their classes dont think twice join and you will not regret it, its definitely worth it! 💪

This is hands down the best gym I’ve been to so far!! The staff is absolutely amazing, the trainers are very attentive and professional . Not only they bring an incredible energy to each session but also go out their way to make everyone feel comfortable. HIT Factory makes sure to follow covid protocol by taking temperature checks at each arrival and having just enough people to keep everyone safe.The equipment is always clean after each session and floors are cleaned multiple times per day!! Strongly recommend this place to everyone who is looking to stay healthy & safe :)

By far the best decision I’ve made to join Vince and Frank at HIT Factory. New home away from home! The training is amazing, they really get you to put in the work. If you want results, join them and stay consistent. If you’re nervous about indoor training during COVID, know that they take every precaution necessary to keep their staff and clients safe. Temperature checks, personal sanitizing spray bottles for everyone, disinfecting wipes to clean everything you’ve touched, and masks required always. Get fit, stay healthy, join HIT Factory! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

One of the best gyms you can ever be a member of! Not only does the staff push you to perform at your best- they make you feel like family!!! A shame there is no gym like theirs in North Carolina- it makes it all the more a treat when we go visit them in bay ridge! Definitely take one Tommy's classes- his boxing drills are what I live for!!!
